The Survey On The Communist Youth League Youth Volunteer Service Management Mechanism

Youth volunteer service is an important way for young people to participate in social ma nagement,to realize their own value.Under the guidance of the volunteer spirit in the dedicati on,friendship,mutual assistance and progress,the youth volunteer action organically combine s serving society and youth education,which agree with the social development and progress a nd is in line with the characteristics of the growth of youth.As the Chinese youth volunteer ser vice organization,Chinese Youth Volunteers Association belongs to the Communist Youth Lea gue.Its development is not only a requirement for the work of the Communist Youth League but also the social responsibility and mission to promote social management and development of innovations.But as for the current situation,there exist some problems in organization man agement,project construction,personnel management and governancemechanism of youth vo lunteer service,which needs to be further improved.This paper aims to perfect the Communist Youth League to promote the running mechani sm of Luzhou youth voluntary service functioning as the director of the department.Through c onsulting the document and statistically analyzing the related information with youth voluntee r service,the author conducted a sample survey in the platform on the city's youth volunteer v olunteers registered.To make clear the present situation and existing problems of Communist Youth League on promoting the Luzhou youth volunteer service work,the author has put forw ard the modification and improvement.The survey indicates that the situation of youth volunt eer service in Luzhou city is good,but there are still some administrative organizations and it l acks social authority and supervision mechanism.Besides,the management mechanism is no t scientific and the construction of legal system is not sound.For the emergence of these probl ems,there are reasons of the existing system and reasons of human factors.Through the analy sis of the existing research results,a lot of useful exploration and practice are harvested.In the end,the author puts forward some suggestions on what Luzhou city can do to perfect youth v olunteer service mechanism,which promotes the healthy development of Youth Voluntary Ser vice and promotes innovation and the development of social management.
