A Study On The Xi Jinping's Ecological Management Thought Under The National Governance System

In the 21 st century,the global ecological crisis and China's ecological environment deterioration is becoming a hot spot and problem,which is continuous attended by the whole society.From the perspective of historical materialism,using philosophy thinking to clarify the Xi Jinping's ecological management idea,mode and measure of ecological management thought,which will provide scientific theory and practical guideline for solving the ecological environment problems,and practice the scientific development concept and promote the construction of ecological civilization.Xi Jinping's ecological management thought is not only infiltrated by the Chinese ancient ecological wisdom,but also carries forward the Marx,Engels and our party's ecological thought.In the new historical era,facing the new problems,ecological civilization construction becomes one of the most important aspects of the national development strategy,which has a decisive role in the comprehensively deepen reform.Since the third plenary session of the 18 th Central Committee of the CPC,the national governance system modernization is put forward,which provides a new research perspective for Xi Jinping's ecological management thought.In the process of the modernization of national governance,Xi Jinping's ecological management thought profoundly illustrates the status of ecological civilization construction(including the historical status and the national strategic position).Xi Jinping takes the “reform and innovation” as a motivation to perfect institution mechanism and legal construction on the ecological management thought;Xi Jinping takes “collaborative work” as a methodology and advocates to establish a“sharing together and managing together” mode which is dominated by the government and participated by the whole society,and a “sharing together and establishing together”earth which is nice,and creating a “living together and prosperous together” community of common destiny.Xi Jinping takes “beautiful China” as the teleology,one of them is Well-being of the people's livelihood,and another is green development.Xi Jinping'secological management thought not only deepens the Marxist view of nature,but also enriches the theory system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Xi Jinping's ecological management thought plays an important role in transforming the mode of economic development,following the ecological civilization construction path suitable for China's national conditions and boosting the realization of the Chinese dream.
