A Study Of The Building Of An Emergency Management System For Public Security In Smart Shenzhen

In recent ten years,the process of urbanization in China has been accelerating,and the transformation and upgrading of urban society has been deepened.The problems of urban diseases have also been exposed one after another,among which urban public security issues are the key issues that can not be neglected.With the escalation of urban structure,the traditional public safety emergency management mode has not been able to effectively solve the increasingly serious urban public safety problems.As a big city with population and economy,Shenzhen has a unique location adjacent to Hong Kong.Besides facing the general public security crisis,Shenzhen is faced with the complicated and complex public security emergency management tasks.Therefore,exploring and constructing a scientific and efficient urban public safety emergency management system is an imminent and urgent task,and an important subject for urban sustainable development.This paper takes the city of Shenzhen as the model and aims to solve the public security problem of the intelligent city through the wisdom and security management of the city.The government can use the Internet of Things,cloud computing and other new generation of information technology tools,with comprehensive awareness,depth of integration and intelligent collaborative mode of operation,to achieve the wisdom of urban public safety management.So as to fundamentally change the city public safety emergency management mode,optimize the operation mechanism of the city,to achieve scientific and efficient public safety management.This paper analyzes the present situation of Shenzhen public safety emergency management by literature analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods,and analyzes the defects and loopholes in the current Shenzhen public safety emergency management system,including dealing with emergent security incidents,Public safety information transmission is not smooth,the overall lack of linkage of public safety emergency management,the responsibility of government departments to prevaricate,the lack of security mechanisms for security of intelligence and so on.This paper analyzes the causes of the problem and puts forward the opinions and suggestions on the construction of Shenzhen public safety emergency management system,hoping to optimize the efficiency and quality of the public security management in Shenzhen.Wisdom,security,harmony and happiness of urban living environment.
