Public institution is a kind of organization form specially exists in China.However,the system of Chinese public institutions cannot keep up well with recent market.Relevant notice has been issued in 2011 that reform of institution system in China should be further optimized.The notice also emphasized that restructure of profit-making institutions must be put into practice.Basically,the key point of restructure in profit-making institutions is improving the system of management.As an important part of human resource management,salary motivation is definately the focus of restructure in profit-making institutions.This paper mainly focuses on designing salary system of profit-making institutions based on incentive effect.It clarifys a series of situation in today's public institutions at the begining,mainly focusing on apparent and potential problems lying in current salary system of profit-making institutions.Then provide suggestions about how to increase the incentive effect which salary has on staffs,using quantitative and qualitative methods.The paper consists of six parts.Firstly,propose the theme of research and summarize theoretic basis of the paper,according to the recent background information and published related works in the field of salary motivation.Secondly,take A and B,two profit-making institutions in Handan,as an example,then compare A with B both horizontally and longitudinally,to find out their problems about salary motivation.Thirdly,summarize the problems above and figure out the causes.Fourthly,process and analyze the valid questionnaire by applying SPSS,according to the rulers of calculating scores.Then provide reform suggestions about designing incentive salary system in profit-making institutions.Finally,summarize the whole research.Hope this article can provide reference for profit-making institutions in or after the process of restructure,and help them design incentive salary system,in order to increase the incentive level of staffs and resilience of the organization.
