Research On The Optimization Of Incentive Compensation System Of X County Finance Bureau

The salary of civil servants in government administrative units includes two parts.One part is the salary paid according to national policies,which has rigid characteristics,such as basic salary,level salary and local subsidy.The other part is incentive compensation,which is determined by the unit according to the work performance.This paper aims at the latter,that is to study the incentive compensation of civil servants.This paper takes x County Finance Bureau as the research object,takes the theory of incentive compensation system as the research basis,and uses the method of questionnaire survey and quantitative analysis to systematically study the current situation of incentive compensation system of X County Finance Bureau.Based on the results of the questionnaire,the main problems in the incentive compensation system of X county finance bureau are found out,such as single incentive means,limited incentive effect,lack of reasonable incentive compensation adjustment mechanism,etc.Then combined with the characteristics of the existing compensation system,a new set of more incentive compensation system is optimized and designed,and a series of safeguard measures are taken for the optimized incentive compensation system of X County Finance Bureau,including fixed post,fixed staff,all staff competing for posts,improving performance evaluation system,establishing monitoring and diagnosis mechanism,and doing a good job in salary budget guarantee,etc.,in order to optimize the incentive compensation system of X County Finance Bureau Incentive compensation system,a complex system engineering,provides reference and help.
