Study On The Service Of Community Day Care Center In Taiyuan

Community day care center is a new model providing for the aged in pursuing in recent years.It mainly refers to the internal construction of the community day care facilities,to fully integrate the government,communities,non-governmental organizations and other organizations of all resources and to organize social workers and other professional servicemen,which is targeted at taking care of the elderly or partial self-help in the community,providing professional pension services for them.At present,Taiyuan has more and more old people and the demand for pension services is very urgent.The survey found that the traditional household pension model can no longer meet the needs of the elderly.With the experimental implementation of the community day care center in some regions of China,the community A in Taiyuan started the community day care center in 2010,an exploration for the diversification of pension services.In the study of the community day care centers and pension services in Taiyuan,taking community A as an example,the effects of community A day care center pension services service personnel,service planning,management and funding sources,specific services items and so on in the day care center of community A,analyzes the effectiveness and significance of day care center in community A,combing with the elder's satisfaction assessment and professional evaluation.It is hoped that this paper can reflect the overall situation of Taiyuan community day care center,and provide some reference for its development.
