Research On Optimization Of Home Smart Elderly Care Service In Urban Community Based On Demand Analysis ——Take Hongxing Community In Fuzhou As An Example

Under the dual influence of the increasing average life expectancy and the changes in family size and intergenerational structure,China’s aging society is increasingly aggravated,and the pension problem is becoming more and more serious.In the future,China may enter a super-aging society.It is not easy for all the elderly to have access to medical care,education,education,work and entertainment.With the development of aging society,China’s pension model has been expanded from the traditional single family pension to institutional pension,community pension and other models.At the same time,in recent years,with the further development of artificial intelligence technology,intelligent products have been applied to all walks of life,and intelligent pension has gradually been applied to all kinds of pension modes.Community home pension is its main experimental field.Based on this,based on the application of smart pension service model and platform,this paper explores community home care services,and takes Hong Xing Community of Fuzhou city as an example to understand the development of smart home care services in urban communities through questionnaire survey and field visits.Then,it summarizes the problems existing in the development of smart elderly care service at home in urban communities,such as low utilization rate of smart elderly service platform,lack of systematic and professional smart elderly care service,and insufficient supply of smart elderly care service,and analyzes them by applying theoretical knowledge such as demand theory and digital governance theory.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as implementing the concept of smart pension,improving the talent training and management system,and establishing diversified smart pension service mode.
