Research On The Development Of Tai’an City Community Home Care Service Center

Community home care service is a modern and new type of care service model proposed by the state based on in-depth analysis of current social care problems,grasping the current contradiction between supply and demand of social care services,and combining with my country’s actual conditions.With the advocacy and practice of community care for the elderly,it has gradually become an effective and feasible mode of care for the elderly in the community.The community-based home care service model is an old-age care model between institutional care and family care.At the same time,it combines the professionalism of institutional care and the tradition of family care,and it is more in line with the needs of the elderly.As the main platform for the development of community home care services,community home care service centers play a vital role in promoting the development of community home care services.At present,the development of community home care service centers is the most critical issue in the development and construction of community home care service centers.Based on the theory of welfare pluralism,the theory of New Public Service,and the theory of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,this paper focuses on the development of the Community Home Service Center for the aged in Tai’an,taking the Tai’an Community Home Care Service Center for the elderly as the research object,the methods of interview,Questionnaire Survey,case analysis,etc.,the investigation was carried out from five aspects:Service Concept,service providers,service places and facilities,service demand and supply,and security system.Through investigation and analysis,it is concluded that there are four problems in the development of Community Home Care Service Center for the aged in Tai’an at present,such as insufficient home care,insufficient professional service personnel and low professional level,mismatch between supply and demand,and mismatch of infrastructure facilities,then unifies the actual analysis question to produce the reason and puts forward the pertinence countermeasure proposal.Based on the theoretical and empirical analysis of Tai’an Community Home Care Service Center for the elderly,this paper draws the following conclusions: first,a perfect security system is the key to the development of Community Home Care Service Center for the elderly;Second,the Community Home Care Service Center for the aged as a community home care service organization,there are still many problems restricting its development;third,at present,there are many operational models of the community home care service center for the aged in Tai’an,the sustainable development of each operation mode benefits from the joint action of government,community,Community Home Care Service Center,family and other factors.
