Study On The Improvement Of Aged Service In Urban Community Day Care Center

In recent years,under the background of the increasing proportion of the elderly population,China has quietly entered the plight of "not rich first old".The huge number of elderly population has brought unprecedented pressure on the supply of pension services.The traditional family pension and institutional pension can not meet the needs of the elderly,in order to improve the quality of life of the elderly,to meet the diverse needs of the elderly,the urban community day care center came into being.The development of community day care center city,largely to make up for the shortcomings of existing pension mode,to some extent eased the pressure of pension,but its development is faced with problems such as insufficient funds,to provide Pension Services Limited,especially the conflict between the growing demand for pension services and community day care center city effective service supply has become the core problem hindering the development of the latter.How to use advanced management methods,to play the public value of pension services,improve the urban community day care center service status is the focus of research in the field of pension services.Based on the above background,this paper takes the Baoanbao community day care center as an example,using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire,comparative analysis and so on,the community day care center city pension service improvement were studied.Firstly,this paper defines the concept of the pension service system and the community day care center,and expounds and analyzes the public value theory and governance theory as the theoretical basis of the research.Then,describes the present situation,Baoanbao community day care center include:Based on the perspective of the effective allocation of resources are not based on the perspective of the community;and the practice difficulties of unknown location;based on the perspective of the elderly awareness rate is low;based on other organization angle of effective organization to participate in the power shortage.On this basis,the author analyzes the reason for causing the above problem,the government is mainly lack of cooperation between different departments,have not formed the government and enterprises,other organizations and the cooperation way,as a carrier for community service provided are not clear,the lack of pension service resources.In some developed countries and regions and the domestic part of the city community day care center operations on the advanced experience,public value theory and governance theory based on the improvement of community day care center city pension services,pension services need to play from the public service attributes,strengthen multilateral cooperation,innovation and other aspects of pension service mode and strive to promote the development of community day care center city better.
