Research On The Ideological And Political Education Of Primary Police In The New Era

With the development of China's socialist market economy and reform's accelerating,all kinds of ideology and culture intertwined,so that the characteristics of the economy and society tend to diversification.While the primary public security police's ideology,values and characteristics of cognitive work also highlights the diversity,primary police's deficiency,security tasks,grim situation of counter-terrorism riot made primary police have heavy working stress,so that it has brought new challenge to primary police for their ideological and political education work.Although the public security 's ideological and political education workers have made corresponding efforts in the main body of education,the ways of training methods and improvements of contents.Education work can improve the mechanism of ideology and political education,enrich the content of the training in the process of actual ideological education work.But for the vast number of primary police's ideological and political education work still exist such problems.For example,it pay less attention for the subject of education and accept education casually for the object of education,so the actual effect of education and expectations has a certain gap.We still need a comprehensive education work to establish education guidance mechanism and build security incentive mechanism.This article studies on the concept,specific achievements and the existing problems of primary police's ideological and political education work in the new period.Owing to it,key and difficult points are discussed in this paper,and put forward the relevant countermeasures to improve the ideological and political consciousness of the primary police to keep up with the times' requirements of public security's ideological and political education and innovate primary police's ideological and political education work.
