Study On The Strategy Of Shaping The Image Of The People’s Police From The Perspective Of Ideological And Political Education

The party’s fourth plenary session pointed out that comprehensively promote the rule of law major task, that is: perfect with the constitution as the core of the legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, strengthen the implementation of the constitution; further promote administration according to law, accelerate the building of a government ruled by law; to ensure the fair administration of justice, high public credibility of the judiciary; enhance people’s concept of the rule of law, promote the rule of law in society; to strengthen the construction of rule of law team; to strengthen and improve the leadership of the party to promote the rule of law. Among them, to ensure justice, improve the credibility of the judiciary to shape the image of the police put forward higher requirements to us. Under the new situation, human society is in a period of great change, scientific and technological progress and economic globalization lead to global transformation. In this context, in recent years, to the image of the police bring negative influence and stirred cases continue to occur, some people do not trust the police, are not satisfied with the police and do not support on social security and do not participate any more. The promotion of people’s police image is an important research issue in the field of Ideological and political education. Our party and government has always attached great importance to the work of Ideological and political education of the people’s police force, in the new century, Chinese Police Ideological and political education, enhancing the credibility of the Chinese police building and police image is particularly important.The main content of this paper is the crisis of the police image in the modern society.The first chapter is the introduction part, the first account of the research background and significance of the study, then summarizes domestic and foreign research status, through the literature review which found that domestic research is mostly ‘questions – countermeasure’ research ideas, special group of Police Ideological and political education proposition are lack of attention. Foreign research currently on the image of the police research mostly are limited in the field of psychology, there is no comprehensive research paradigms in the other subjects, in the measurement of most of the standard table, not according to the police that a more focused groups was modified. In the proposed policy, at present foreign scholars mostly from the angle of psychology of thought police image crisis resulting from the police’s burnout and mental quality of police is low, so focus on police human resources management strategy. Next, explain the research methods and the innovation of the research.The second chapter is the analysis of the problems and causes of the image of the people’s police. In this part, through the 150 people in the questionnaire survey, found that the police image crisis mainly shown in: police detection rate is not high safety of the masses do not have a strong sense of; some police law enforcement is not strict bring great negative impact; some police privilege thought is serious, style is not real; disposition of police force, excessive defense personnel, the Police Association; deviation of public opinion, the negative hype caused by police image crisis. The main causes of the crisis are: lack of Ideological and political guidance; lack of professional quality; organizational and disciplinary concept; bureaucracy is a serious problem.The third chapter mainly discusses the important role of Ideological and political education on the remodeling of the image of the people’s police. Shape of the concept of Ideological and political education on the value of the people’s police investigated at the individual level, group level of study of Ideological and political education of civilized law enforcement, and administrative functions in accordance with the law; social level study of Ideological and political education of civilized law enforcement, administrative functions.Chapter four proposes to strengthen the ideological and political education countermeasure moulding people’s image of the police, first of all should be standard learning system. Secondly, we should extend learning content, to ensure that meet the actual needs of police officers, finally should be innovative learning methods, to enhance the educational activities of effectiveness for a given period of time.
