Study On The Government Governance Of Migrant Workers Wages In Quanzhou City

In recent years,the central and local governments attach great importance to the protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers,the introduction of a large number of laws and regulations and policies to deal with the problem of migrant workers wages,it is necessary to take both temporary and permanent cure.But in practice,the situation is still grim,not only to the destruction of the market economic order,but also seriously undermine the social harmony and stability of the foundation.How to effectively control the wages of migrant workers is a huge challenge for governments at all levels.Therefore,the purpose and significance of this paper is to study the current plight of government governance of migrant workers' wages,and put forward relevant countermeasures.Based on the new public service theory and the rule of law government theory,and based on the reality of governance migrant workers wages in Quanzhou City,through literature research,case analysis,in-depth analysis of the problems and reasons of migrant workers wages governance present situation,and put forward practical and feasible countermeasures.This paper focuses on the government management of migrant workers' wages.First of all,based on the basic theory and related concepts,this paper analyzes the behavior of the government in the governance of the wages of migrant workers.Secondly,the paper introduces the general situation of migrant workers' wages and government governance.Again,through the analysis of the current management of migrant workers wages in Quanzhou City,points out the existing in the management of migrant workers wages in Quanzhou City,and from the labor and social security laws and regulations,migrant workers rights ability,labor supervision and law enforcement forces,on the judicial relief system,governance on the long effect mechanism,Department linkage mechanism and other important aspects of Quanzhou city governance of migrant workers wages the cause of the problems.Finally,suggestions from the strengthening of labor security supervision and law enforcement forces,strengthen propaganda and guidance,improve the judicial remedy system of labor wages,put forward countermeasures to deal with the problem of arrears of wages of migrant workers and improve the long-term mechanism,prevent and solve the problem of wages of migrant workers to improve the linkage mechanism departments such as wages event processing,in order to provide reference for solving this kind of problem.
