Research On The Construction Of Honest Police Agency In China

The police agency,subject to Chinese judicial authority,shoulders the significant responsibilities and obligations in protecting national security and social stability.It fights against and frightens illegal and criminal activities according to national laws and regulations.With the type of national economy gradually being transformed,corruption problems in public security authority are getting more serious,which damages the image of police in the public and reduce its credibility,thus intensifying social conflicts caused by the tension between police and the public.Hence,it's the focus of Party and Government from now on to effectively prevent and contain corruption in public security authority,establish incorruptible public security authority after finding out the root of problems.It is also very important for advancing the innovation of social management to strengthen the system establishment of fighting against corruption and upholding integrity,and strike and punish every corrupted activity.For the construction of a clean government,because the institution features long stability,overall perspective,solution to the root and so on,it is a major measure of fundamentally controlling corruption problems to prevent,punish,and manage corruption starting from the institution.Therefore,it is the first task needed to be studied and dealt with by public security authority to construct clean public security authority,strengthen team building,and enhance fighting strength of public security system through utilizing institutional innovation.With the construction issues of China's clean public security authority as study content,through document analysis method,this paper first introduced the identification and related researches of clean police agency,then analyzed and summarized the development process,current status of China's clean public security authority construction,as well as problems and causes in it with method of institution analysis.Based on the reference of American clean police force construction,it proposed that the construction of clean public security authority shall be started form strengthening the education and cultural infiltration of institutional anti-corruption,perfecting institution,enhance mechanism of incorruptible works,innovating methods,etc.The construction of clean police agency is the main approach and guarantees to assure China's democratic system and realize socialism development under the rule of law.It is also a systematical and long-lasting project,which involves various parts and fields and plays a significant role in social stability and democratic development of China.Collectively,clean police agency shall be constructed according to Chinese basic conditions,with institutionalization as the principle and started from the perspective of fighting against corruption and upholding integrity and serving the people with heart and soul.
