A Study On The Adaptation Of Membership Condition Of CPC

Each Political Party has its strict membership condition,changing with Political Party's goal and external environment.Party Adaptation Theory is viewed as an important concept illustrating changes in the requirement of Party membership of China's Communist Party.How does the requirement of Party membership of China's Communist Party change itself to adapt to the development in modern society and to an increasingly class-ridden society? So those are key questions the thesis is to study.This thesis is to conduct a study on adaptability of the requirement of Party membership by taking Bruce Dickson's analysis framework of Party Adaptable Theory as a reference,incorporating Adaptable Theory with the study of requirement of Party membership and taking contrastive study of history.The thesis expounds the following items,including the concept,components,nature and function of Political Party,the concept of the requirement of Party membership,the concept of adaptability of Political Party and its internal relations with the requirement of Party membership.And then it analyzes focuses of the requirement of Party membership in different times,that is,the requirement of Party membership in revolutionary period focused on the nature of revolution and militancy;the requirement of Party membership in construction period focused on the nature of construction and class and in reform period highlighted nature of structure and advancement respectively.China's Communist Party goal and the changing of external environment are the endogenous and exogenous factors of adaptability respectively.The requirement of Party membership of China's Communist Party has always been changing,which lays a solid foundation for realization of Political Party goal and conforms with the developing trend.From analysis,a conclusion is drawn,that is,the most important thing for the requirement of Party membership of China's Communist Party is to keep adaptability.Meanwhile,the relation of quality and quantity for Party members should be well handled,intellectuals should be attached great importance to,a right attitude towards the emergence of new social hierarchy should be taken and some favorable results of human political civilization should be born in mind.So we can constantly adjust changes and adapt to class differentiation,as a result,the requirement of Party membership in China will become more adaptable.
