Analysis Of Knowledge Map Of Public Policy In China

As a new discipline,public policy was born in the United States in the1950 s.Public policy integration of multi-disciplinary and multidisciplinary theoretical knowledge and method system,to promote the rationalization of government decision-making and economic progress of the key forces.In the late 1970 s and early1980 s,with the process of reform and opening up,public policy began to be introduced into China,opened a new chapter in China’s public policy research.After30 years of development,China’s public policy in academic research has made considerable progress and fruitful results.After more than 30 years of development and construction,China’s public policy research has developed to a certain stage,its research has been expanded,the theoretical knowledge also has a certain degree of accumulation;public policy knowledge inheritance and public policy theory of the urgent need for further development of China Public policy research to sort out and summarize.On this basis,after 30 years of development of China’s public policy research will go to the future,but also a need to respond to the problem.In this paper,we use the method of bibliometrics to analyze the related articles of Chinese public policy research since the full text of the Chinese periodicals,and use the statistical data of statistical analysis tools SATI,statistical analysis software SPSS and social network analysis software Ucinet.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the literature,describe the knowledge map of Chinese public policy research,show and analyze the overall situation,research focus and main characteristics of Chinese public policy research.This paper analyzes what China’s public policy research has learned from the western public policy theory,and how the western public policy theory has affected China’s public policy research.On the basis of analyzing the study and development of public policy knowledge in China,this paper discusses the reflection and promotion of Chinese public policy on western theory and the possible direction of future development.This paper suggests that the future research of China’s public policy should pay more attention to the local knowledge of China’s publicpolicy,based on China’s localism,and generate policy theories that are rooted in local knowledge.
