Study On Strategies Of The Ideological And Political Education Of Rural Grassroots Cadres Under New Media Environment

Rural grassroots cadres,working on the front line for a long time,is a performer of the national policy.Their knowledge ability and competency directly influence the process of socialist modernization.Therefore,it is an important measure for the our Party and State to improve the quality of ideological and political education of rural grassroots cadres.However,when faced with the issues of single mode,vague content,insignificant effects occurring in the traditional ideological and political education,how to improve the ideological and political education of rural grassroots cadres in the new era is an issue currently concerned by domestic scholars.Current society has been an information society,the emergence of new media tools make information transmission more convenient and efficient.With the popularization of computer,mobile phone and other new media tools,the digital gap between man and man is shrinking,information becomes diversified,and change of the ideological and political education in form and content is required in the new media era,in order to adapt to the constantly updated new media era and to combine with the practical conditions of the ideological and political education of rural grassroots cadres in the current era.Even though the emergence of new media tools provides new platform to the ideological and political education of rural grassroots cadres,it also brings about many disadvantageous factors,for example,some bad information will shake the political belief of part of rural grassroots cadres and affect rural grassroots cadres' work and life.How to improve the ideological and political education of rural grassroots cadres under the new media environment is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on such purpose,this thesis firstly collects the materials of domestic and overseas current condition of the ideological and political education of rural grassroots cadres in the new media era,secondly makes questionnaires and interviews about the current condition of the ideological and political education of rural grassroots cadres in five townships,thirdly analyzes the problem of the ideological and political education of rural grassroots cadres under the new media environment based on the data fed back from the questionnaires and interviews,and fourthly provides corresponding improvement strategies according to the research and analysis of the problem.This thesis aims at providing theoretical basis to the domestic and overseas researchers who study the ideological and political education of rural grassroots cadres under the media environment.This thesis comprises five chapters,namely,preface,first chapter,second chapter,third chapter and fourth chapter.Background,significance,methods and characteristics of study are introduced in Preface;in the first chapter,analysis is made on the relevant concepts and domestic and overseas current research condition on the basis of document research;in the second chapter,the analysis is made on the current condition of the ideological and political education of rural grassroots cadres under the media environment;in the third chapter,research on the strategies of enhancing the under the media environment;and epilogue is a summary of the study process and results to analyze the insufficient points of this thesis in order to make further improvement.
