On International Law Protection Of Refugees' Rights

Refugee problem in the long history,in recent years due to armed conflicts between regions,religious conflicts and terrorism,the world within the scope of the refugee situation has become increasingly severe and complicated,refugees across the continents of the world.Cause the situation of refugees is complex,which mainly include politics,war,racial conflict,ideological,religious and environmental disaster,and so on.The problem of refugee rights cannot be protected is one of the important issues facing the international community today,it not only affects produce refugees,and adjacent parts of the influx of refugees and the whole world,all affect greatly.Depend on each other in the countries all over the world today,with the continuous development of globalization,the refugee problem no longer is a question of individual countries,but the common global problems faced by the international community.Therefore borrow by the major international organizations and institutions and countries to work together to solve the problem of current refugee protection has become a big subject in today's era of urgent a era.Refugees,the international problem,is regulated by a considerable amount of legal norms and protection,in addition to many countries to participate in some of the conventions,treaties to protect rights of refugees,countries also established conform to the situation of refugee law country.But due to the flow of refugees generally is from a country into another country,a region to another region,therefore in the refugee protection in practice there are varying degrees of problems.This article tries from the perspective of international law,mainly about the status of refugees convention and the protocol for legal basis,at the same time with reference to other refugees national laws and regulations,to the international community organizations and institutions in the process of refugee protection encountered some difficulties,and proposes the corresponding solution.The full text has divided into four parts.The first part is about the rights of refugees,this part mainly discusses the rights of refugees from three aspects: basic conditions: first,the flow of refugees from the source of the problem and start,this paper introduces the origin of the refugee problem and development,the definition of refugees development,through the international society according to the cause of the refugee problem,refugees is mainly divided into political,economic,wars,environmental refugees four classes;Secondly,explain why specific rights on the refugees in the detail,only by understanding the refugees what right is one of the most basic and most important,can be targeted,targeted to protect the rights of refugees,the last from general discusses the historical evolution of the protection for rights of refugees.The second part is the legal standard of the internationalprotection of the rights of refugees and practice,this part is mainly through the international society of refugee rights protection law norms,including human rights law related to the rights of refugees,convention and the protocol of technicality and mainly discusses several regional documents;Second through to the refugee protection to make important contributions to the United Nations refugee agency(unhcr)was evaluated;In the final analysis compared the several representative countries practice for protection of rights of refugees.The third part is the problems in the practice in the international protection of the rights of refugees,the part is combined with the practices of international refugee law and international society,starting from the theory and practice of refugee rights protection,the paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the rights of refugees.The fourth part is the rights of refugees,the part of the rights protection for refugees facing the plight of concrete from three main aspects put forward Suggestions to improve it.
