Research On The Development Of Government Affairs Wechat From The Perspective Of Public Sphere Theory

The rapid development of e-government,e-government WeChat micro-blog and other new media in recent years,government departments at all levels of government gradually opened WeChat,making the public as long as the "fingertips move",many public services will be through the WeChat platform and pushed to the public,the public service function is more and more abundant.Government affairs WeChat platform has gradually become a new window for government information to be open and transparent,and to communicate and communicate with the government.The WeChat to build a bridge for the exchange and interaction between the public and the government,through the interaction between the public and the government has formed a network of new media as the carrier of the public space,the WeChat has the potential of public sphere network.This not only brings some influence to the public management of the government,but also gradually shows the characteristics of Habermas' s ideal public sphere.The public is public,neutral and non-neutral,both single and multiple features and chief WeChat combine,analyze the relationship between the two,and puts forward the solving measures from the public domain theory of three elements of the chief problems of WeChat.In the course of the study,it is not difficult to find that the theory of public sphere is an ideal bourgeois public sphere,which needs reasonable reference.This paper is based on Habermas' s theory of public domain,to explore the characteristics of the public domain in our country,discusses several reasons and Countermeasures on the problems of the current government of WeChat in the perspective of China's public domain,problems: first of all,on the basis of definition,from the emergence and development of WeChat,introduces the definition WeChat chief,classification,and then analyze the development characteristics of government and the current chief of WeChat;secondly,through the analysis of Habermas' s public sphere theory,study the main public domain from the origin,concept and its constituent elements,classification,characteristics,inheritance and development of several aspects such as the understanding of the significance of public sphere theory construction the network public sphere in our country;thirdly,to reflect the public domain feature in the WeChat government through the example analysis platform,this public domain characteristics of China's current government and WeChat formed thebasis of a brief analysis of the characteristics of e-government,analyzes the existing problems and the reasons of the three main aspects of the public,public opinion,public media,and proposes some suggestions to improve the WeChat the network public sphere make efforts to construct a good interactive type.
