With the rapid development of network technology, the innovation of new media technology, micro media arises at the historic moment under the new technology supporting system. As a representative of the new media, the state's weibo,WeChat become the current social background, the government departments of network public opinion to guide the beneficial exploration. Public crisis is sudden and unpredictability, destructive and other characteristics. Accompanied by the netizen of awareness of democracy, more and more people with the tools of the Internet, weibo,WeChat actively involved in the spread of public events, makes some contradictions in real society quickly in the Internet, circle of friends to form public opinion storm,for public service agencies deal with public opinion crisis put forward severe challenges.In the era of big data, micro media to promote government affairs public,deal with the crisis public relations play a crucial role,enhance credibility. In this paper,by introducing the weibo, e-government WeChat, the concept and characteristics of an emergency, weibo in government, listed WeChat public opinion in the emergency response to classic case,based on the relevant theory of management,communications, government affairs micro media public opinion in public emergency response strategy for further discussion. First introduces the present government affairs micro bo, WeChat basic situation of the public opinion in the emergency response to; Then using the method of case analysis, dialectical materialism, the government affairs micro media public opinion in emergencies in the process of dealing with problems and the causes of problems in-depth analysis; Then according to the reality of the work of the government, the public opinion in emergencies to deal with the problems existing in the process, from the micro media credibility construction, information release strategy, and respond to emergencies of innovation management and improve the emergency contingency mechanism four aspects to promote government affairs micro media public opinion response capacity, give play to the role of government affairs micro media public opinion guidance, enhance the government credibility.
