The Risk Assessment Of The "The Belt And Road" Initiative In Central Asia

The construction of "The Belt and Road" will have a profound impact on the world and the Asian pattern of change,and will also be on China's Peripheral Diplomacy produced tremendous change.Today,China and other countries which have "The Belt and Road" construction have carried out practical cooperation in various fields between neighboring countries.It is important that the Central Asian countries play an important hub of China Unicom Eurasia.Although the Central Asian countries have revealed the enthusiasm to participate in this strategy,the situation in Central Asia is complex,and the road ahead is not smooth."The Belt and Road" construction in the implementation of the Central Asian countries are facing potential risks which will beset with troubles internally and externally,so it deserves attention to "The Belt and Road" construction in Central Asian countries.At the same time,the political,economic,diplomatic and cultural aspects of the Central Asian countries also makes "The Belt and Road" construction risk in Central Asia become an important prerequisite for the implementation of the strategy evaluation.Under the new global political and economic environment,this paper uses the"The Belt and Road construction risk in Central Asia as the main research object,and analysis of the impact of these risks on China national interests to explore the strategy of Chinese,to resolve the dilemma and the risk of The Belt and Road construction in Central Asia.Therefore,this paper is divided into five parts: the first part is an introduction,which briefly introduces the research background,research ideas,research status,innovation and shortcomings.The second part describes the background of "The Belt and Road" construction of geopolitical economic strategic restructuring,and reveals its essence and influence in central Asia.The third part focuses on the analysis of the comprehensive implementation of environmental of"The Belt and Road" construction in Central Asia,including the game dynamic powers in Central Asia and the reaction of the Central Asian countries.In the fourth part,we analyze the current affection of "The Belt and Road" construction implementation risk in Central Asia,and use the AHP model to evaluate the construction risk of "The Belt and Road" in Central Asia.Finally,According to the results,we assess the risk degree of construction in "The Belt and Road" in Central Asia.In the final part,based on the result which obtained by the fourth part,we present the solution strategy in the strategic level,the mechanism level,the diplomatic level and the cultural level.Currently,although the situation in Central Asia is much better,there are still dangers.Therefore,our country "The Belt and Road" construction needs to focus on research and evaluation stage,and strengths the top-level design strategy,which can better promote the construction of "The Belt and Road".
