A Study On The Cooperation Of Intellectual Property Rights In China And The Five Central Asian Countries

President Xi Jinping in 2013 proposed the idea to build a "Silk Road economic belt" which strategic vision for our country and the economic belt along the Silk Road countries, especially the five Central Asian countries provide a new and very broad exchange and cooperation platform. In this new type of cross-border regional cooperation strategy, the economy will be one of the Silk Road trade economic cooperation with a focus on the construction of the content, which is largely dependent on the smooth conduct of the priority development of intellectual property. China only strengthen intellectual property protection, and strengthen intellectual cooperation with the five Central Asian countries through the establishment of regional cooperation mechanisms of intellectual property rights, in order to make a more smooth and trade cooperation, promote the Silk Road with a fast and sustainable economic development.This article through to the current intellectual property development in central Asia and China’s development and the protection of intellectual property rights and the five central Asian countries introduced the situation of the analysis of the five central Asian countries of intellectual property rights exist in intellectual property development dynamics is insufficient, the intellectual property law enforcement environment problems such as chaos, in cooperation with our country’s intellectual property rights in there is a large difference of legislation, lack of unified coordination mechanism, difficulty of cross-border rights issues. Finally using the experience of intellectual property rights (IPr) regional cooperation organization, aiming at the problems between China and central Asian countries, proposes the establishment of China and central Asia five countries Suggestions on regional cooperation mechanism of intellectual property, including a IPr cooperation treaty, establishing IPr cooperation organization, to build a new mode of intellectual property rights to apply for specific recommendations, etc.
