Research On The Neighborhood Relationship In The Unit Community At Transitional Stage

The community development has a long history in China,after founding of the People's Republic of China,the unit community is the basic unit of city which has an important effect on the development of urbanization in China.Unit community as a product of the development of the city,is different from the new business community,is the carrier of the unique culture of emotions and values,as well as the development of the same unit community transition worthy of attention.Therefore,as the city China process unique product transition problems are worthy of study and research.This paper takes Baoding C community of the unit community as the research carrier,the specific problems of neighborhood change in the period of transformation,start from the details,to provide the help for the transformation of unit communities.According to the theories of sociology and relevant academic research at home and abroad,this paper mainly investigates the status,causes,effects,measuresments,the community neighborhood.This paper studies the C community and consists of three parts,the first part mainly introduces the neighborhood relationship between the background and current situation,to the C community as the platform,describe the neighborhood community unit status.The second part discusses about the relationship between neighborhood transformation causes,social change in perspective,and the main factors of change under the background of social transformation unit system of neighborhood relations.The third part is the neighborhood comprehensive analysis of the relationship,friendly neighborhood relations are conducive to the harmonious development of the community,and so building perfect neighborhood is imminent,for the community workers selection,improve community services and other aspects of comprehensive consideration.To sum up,this paper takes Baoding C community relations as the breakthrough point,conducts a questionnaire survey and interviews,and uses of literature,investigation,statistics and other methods.We find that the relationship between the C neighborhood is different from the general city community,business community,and is different from the traditional community.This is a kind of social transformation under the new unit community,and the relations between neighbors are also different,close,and alienated existing at the same time.This related with the member of the community,the relationships between colleague is better than foreign members,the relationships between the aging population is better than that of other community groups.Neighborhood harmonious and friendly relations with the community development unit,and single as a historical product of city community in the process of its transformation and development for the construction and planning of the city is also crucial.Therefore,to create a harmonious and friendly neighborhood relations network,we need both use the unique advantages of combining community units,and the social development.
