Research On The Construction Of Rural Party Members Of Gaoyang City

Rural CPC members are the basic elements of team members,to contact the party and the masses of the bridge and link,advanced strength of rural Party members into play,is the model of the rural Party members to take the lead,together with the village of farmers,the tasks assigned to the rural basic protection,to achieve the Party leadership in rural areas organization.It is of great significance to establish and improve the construction of rural grass roots party members,to strengthen the management mechanism of rural Party members,consolidate the party's ruling foundation,implement the party strictly,and realize the "four overall" construction.At present,the pace of urbanization is accelerating,the new pattern of Party building gradually formed,that is,the integration of urban and rural Party construction.The quality and ability of rural Party members and the structure of Party members and the party building work in the new situation,the new task under the goal of the increasingly prominent problem.This requires all levels of local Party organizations and rural grassroots party organizations must improve the issue of importance,the construction of the party as the focus of the current work of the party,as an important task to realize the scientific creation of team members.The study was based on the author himself in work in the rural party member management organization system on the basis of the objective practice,Gaoyang county of Baoding city,Hebei province nearly seven five years of the communist party of China party statistics data for the study of the foundation,through the philosophy method,the qualitative method and quantitative method to comprehensive in-depth analysis of data,sums up the Gaoyang existed in the rural party member management system of organization and management were not rigorous,party supervision and management mechanism is not perfect,caring incentive mechanism,the party members education training mechanism is lack of institutional constraints,the four aspects of the problem,put forward to improve the organization and management mechanism,innovation incentive security mechanism,perfecting supervision mechanism,perfecting CPC members education training mechanism innovation and perfect the countermeasure of Gaoyang county rural party members in the team management.
