Study On The Management Mechanism Of CPC Members In Rural Areas Of Anxin County Of Baoding City

Rural CPC members is an important part of the party member troop, is a close relationship between the party and the farmers of the bridge and the link, the unity of peasants to complete all tasks of the party in the countryside basic power, realize the party leadership in the aspects of rural organization foundation. To establish and perfect the rural CPC members in the team management mechanism, to strengthen the construction of rural grassroots party organizations, consolidate the party's ruling foundation, to carry out the governing party, realize “four comprehensive” construction is of great significance. At present, with the development of new type of urbanization, urban and rural integration party building new pattern being formed, rural CPC member's quality, ability condition and the party member troop structure to the demands of the new situation and new tasks don't adapt to the increasingly prominent problem. This requires local party organizations at all levels and rural grassroots party organizations must attach great importance to this problem, increase the rural CPC members in the team management as the party's construction new great project of the scientific level of an important task to grasp.The study was based on the author himself in work in the rural party member management organization system on the basis of the objective practice, Anxin county of Baoding city, Hebei province nearly seven years of the communist party of China party statistics data for the study of the foundation, through the philosophy method, the qualitative method and quantitative method to comprehensive in-depth analysis of data, sums up the Anxin existed in the rural party member management system of organization and management were not rigorous, party supervision and management mechanism is not perfect, caring incentive mechanism, the party members education training mechanism is lack of institutional constraints, the four aspects of the problem, put forward to improve the organization and management mechanism, innovation incentive security mechanism, perfecting supervision mechanism, perfecting CPC members education training mechanism innovation and perfect the countermeasure of Anxin county rural party members in the team management.
