With the rapid development of the Internet, Internet sales stand out in the tide of the times, rapidly changing consumer attitudes and habits of people around the world consumption. The existence and development of the Internet sales makes buying and selling out of the traditional time and geographical constraints, making daily life shopping becomes more personalized and efficiently. In China, the development of Internet sales in just ten years, creating a large number of sales myths, the traditional way of selling produce a disruptive change. Internet sales has injected fresh blood in the market, but also brought a lot of regulatory problems, such as Internet sales contract fraud, Internet sales market disorder, the proliferation of fake and shoddy products, Network Marketing, etc. These problems not only seriously affected the healthy development of its own, but also gradually endangering the healthy development of China's overall economy, no doubt that the regulators also proposed more severe challenges.In this paper, through the study of the development of Internet sales network marketing found in our existing sales network sales in the main lack of integrity, network vendors operating without a license, the net sale of counterfeit products and the use of the network pyramid schemes and other issues, and the market mechanism has difficult to solve these problems, so it is necessary for our business to regulate Internet sales.
