The Research Of The Design Of Prison Reforming Buildings Of Yangling Prison In Shaanxi Province

Problems such as distribution unbalance, remote location andinsufficient capacity existinourcountry's prison for a long time, whichhad seriously hindered the development of the prison, and had interfered the implementation of criminal law and human rights protection.Since 2001, under the circumstance of market economy in our country, wehave articulated theconcept of the layout adjustment of the prison, made a series of adjustment of the layout of prison site, scale of prisoners,and functional districts. Except for most prison to be reconstructed and extended, the constructions of new prison are also on the way.Because the adjustment of prison layout is a long-term exploration process, many new prisons still continue to use separate planning way, inwhich the prison management is inconvenient, and the security risk is big, and the high vacancy rate of part of the building is obvious, and the outer space is monotonous. While combined prison buildings and the correspondingplanning model are being explored, which has great potential for development in functional.Yangling prison is a large prison in our province, and its alert level is moderate, would work after the completion and prisoners from two remote prisons would be sent into Yangling to be looked up.In the design of Yangling prison we no longer usethe traditional method,it is to say design labor district and residential district as a division, but we divide prison for units to arrange functions, according to the management mode, combining living laboring and education activities in the prison management system, forming a multifunctional building called prison reforming building, as the basic unit of prison.This can reduces the prisoner's large crowds and long distance outdoor activity, thereby reducing the potential security risk, is superior to the scientific management.In addition, with the adjustment of the concept ofpanelty execution in China and to the strengthening of the requirements of safety management, people puts forward new requirements for the prison building function, and this make the function of the prison reforming building more diversified.Nowodays,penalty execution based on the concept of humanity is increasing in our country, and the management of prison is gettingmore scientific and strict.This paperuse the practical requirements of prisons collected in my investigation and survey to guide Yangling prison design through on-site examination and research of many prison buildings and management methods, and through looking up large numbers of relevant materials at the same time refers to prisons.I can also learn knowledge at the same time.In this paper, research methods are typical and universal, its ideascan be used as a reference for the design of the new moderate alert prison.
