Incorruptibility and patriotism are very important parts of Chinese politics since ancient times.In the Chinese feudal society with the rule of men,besides the ability of the monarch to govern the country,the ministers must be very capable.Honesty is the one of the most important qualities of ministers,and it's also one of the important means of implementing effective rules and inspecting minister for the monarch.The people are the foundation of the rule,and also the power of national development and social progress.If the ruling class of an emperor love people who live and work in peace and contentment,the country would be in the heyday.of peace.On the contrary,if the ruling class don't cherish the people and the people live in an abyss of misery,the people would opposite them.Hai Rui,who was a famous minister of Ming dynasty was influenced by Chinese traditional culture deeply,his thought and practice are very good interpretation of the integrity and loving spirit connotation.His behavior is not only an important influence on the Ming dynasty,but also provides a useful reference for us to manage the country.We should seriously study and learn the noble quality of Hai Rui and it has a great help for the development of various undertakings.But at the same time,we should learn and know him dialectically.We should understand the essence of the spirit of Hai Rui correctly.When we recognize the historical achievements of Hai Rui,we should also know the limitations of his thinking due to various limitations.Only in this way,we could know and understand Hai Rui better and comprehensively.As a famous official,Hai Rui set strict demands on himself and efforts to strengthen his own moral self-cultivation.And on the one hand he is loyal to the monarchy,in the other hand,loves the people.And practice an ideal belief of "inner sage and outer king"constantly.Through the historical data,Hai Rui on his thoughts of integrity mainly exists in the world of letters and notices in refs.Under the current social background,it is very significant for us to study his honest thoughts.One the one hand,it helps us better to understand the influence of Chinese traditional culture and then we should learn the quality of self-discipline from Hai Rui to strengthen individual moral cultivation;on the other hand,to provide useful reference to the current administration,and promote the establishment and improvement of relevant systems,so as to better realization of governing for the people.The research object through "Hai Rui set",Hai Rui biography of Ming and other related works,and the stock of knowledge and research ability of my own,this paper elaborates Hai Rui's thought and practice from five parts.Specific arrangements are as follows:The first part is elaborates the goal and the significance of the selected topic.It also elaborates the researcher status and the research methods of domestic scholars on this issue.The second part is mainly on Hai Rui's honesty and loving thoughts and practice of the background of the times.The third part introduces the theoretical source of his integrity thoughts and practice,including the pre-Qin Confucianism,Buddhism,Neo-Confucianism thought and Hai Rui's own knowledge.The fourth part elaborates the main content of thoughts and practice of Hai Rui.The fifth part is the foothold of this article.Any meaningful thoughts should not be forgotten but carried forward,Hai Rui's thought as the same..This part mainly expounds the enlightenment of Hai Rui's thought and practice bring to us.
