China is a big agricultural country,a large population of the country,the "three rural" has been a topic of concern to the whole society.The stability of agriculture,rural development,coordination farmer income grows steadily,related to social long period of stability.Among them,agriculture is the foundation of national economy,the problem of agriculture especially the land problem is the top priority,contradiction of rural people is always a limiting factor that restricts rural economy development.Especially in recent years,with the rapid development of market economy and the deepening of agricultural productivity,rural land system not only affects the efficiency of agriculture,farmers income,rural stability and development in the whole social economy also plays a very important role.At present,the transfer of the use right of rural land in our country mainly in the form of subcontract,lease,transfer etc..The process of these institutional contradictions in alleviating rural people to play an active role in the but with the further development of productivity,because of its own defects with a variety of its drawbacks are gradually revealed,the main reason is that small scale farmers operating mode and existing land transfer type has been unable to meet the demand of agricultural development,agricultural urgent need to scale industrialization and operation,lack of rights lead to damage to the interests of the farmers,lack of the perfect mechanism to transfer.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to develop a Chinese characteristics of rural land trust system in the scientific and reasonable,stable and long-term rural land system.The rural land system as the research object,combined with the current situation of China’s rural areas from the perspective of theory,the summing up of our current rural responsibility disadvantage of borrowing from the western,the trust system,explained in detail,the characteristics and operation concept of land trust,take corresponding measures to give objective should be to detail the implementation of China’s land trust and the feasibility,the combination of theory and practice,in all to explore the basis of practice,some developed areas of innovation for the transfer of contracted land management rights,the emergence of Shaoxing mode,Suzhou mode,mode of Qing Gang outstanding model.Especially,the practice shows that the southeast coastal areas,land trust system is an effective land use rights transfer system,should be in the national promotion.Through the trust system,on the one hand,is conducive to the development of the countryside to scale,industrialization, specialization,on the other hand,it is helpful to make the limited land resources can be fully rational use,the household contract responsibility system has been further improved,the realization of farmers’ land rights maximum.So,it has a positive practical significance and urgent to establish the system of rural land trust in our country,through a variety of ways and means,provide some reference to the theory and practice of the rural land system reform in our country.
