Under the background of multilateral trade negotiations, the conclusion of the FTA is sweeping the world. After China joined WTO in 2001, It began to adjusted external trade policy, and promote Chinese Foreign FTA process actively. China Free Trade Agreement process lately, but developed quickly: several countries like ASEAN, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Singapore and Australia have signed FTAs with China. China--Korea Free Trade Agreement is the FTA China ever signed in Northeast Asia, which breaking the deadlock of China have no FTAs in Northeast Asia.China—Korea FTA have signed on June 1, 2015, and entered into force on December 20. The ratio of China—Korea FTA beyond "85% of trade, 90 percent of tariff lines." From the coverage of the Agreement, and not only trade in goods, trade in services, investment rules, but also including "21st century economic and trade issues" like e-commerce, competition policy and economic cooperation.
