In accordance with the 18 th CPC National Congress which required to deepen the reform of the judicial system and to improve the power restriction and supervision system, the Supreme People's Procurator ate announced to put forward further reforms of Public procurator affairs in October 2013. Since the pilot project start, the network public platform has grown by leaps and bounds in quantity,but the development of procurator websites, micro blogs and WeChat are still in the early stages and have many unsolved problems in terms of quality and effectiveness as compared with the government's, police station's and court's.At present, the development situation of Public procurator affairs in mobile internet is not optimistic. Such as low frequency disclosure, non-standard procedure, non-conformant measure, etc. That is mainly because of insufficient commitment, ideological concerns, limited judicial resource, lack of legislative basis and detailed specification, absence of performance appraisal mechanism and relief system, etc. And the above reasons expose the defect of procurator system and work mechanism.In the first place, this thesis spells out the background and related dynamics abroad amounts of Public procurator affairs.
