However, group in aggressive expansion at the same time, unavoidably appearing the phenomenon of good and evil people mixed up, in order to the investment institutions on the halfway pumping ladder,then group-buying websites are at risk of capital chain rupture, so a bulk volume growth rate fell to 67.7% in 2013. Electric dealer market, however, the local life service doors opened, which has a large user base of group-buying platform value has been fully released. The groups obtained the capital injection and the market entered a new round of growth. In 2014, the annual rate of growth of the national market rebounded to 108.3%, on track to the high-speed growth again. However, in the vigorous development of network group of purchasing market at the same time, we can not ignore the phenomenon about unfair competition between the group purchase websites. It is harmful to consumers' rights and interests occasionally. At present, we don't have enough effective legal supervention for group-buying system and it will greatly hinder the healthy development of China's online group-buying in the long term.
