| As the Supreme People's Procuratorate issued Regulations of Procuratorate Case Information Disclosure (trial) and relevant implementing rules in September 2014, the procuratorate case information disclosure has been one of the most important elements of procuratorial reform progress. Considering the information disclosure issue of procuratorate cases is important for deepening judicial reform, realizing justice and enhancing the participation of procuratorial authorities in social management.By collecting, summarizing and analyzing the research fruits of China on the judicial openness system, the judgment document openness system and the information disclosure system of procuratorial cases, and combining the practice of Hangzhou in the information disclosure system of procuratorial cases, this paper compares the work features of different grassroots courts, analyses specific cases, exposes loopholes of the system and issues in its operation, and puts forward countermeasures and advice for improvement.Firstly, analyzing the Regulations of Procuratorate Case Information Disclosure (trial) and relevant implementing rules which promulgated by the Supreme People's Procuratorate, clarifying the concept, basic theory, open system, scope, subject and object of the prosecution case information disclosure system.Secondly, summarizing the Hangzhou procuratorial case information disclosure of the historical development and the specific content of the system, by analyzing data management of opening amount, case number and efficiency through two time periods of in, figuring out that Hangzhou showed a rising trend in opening procuratorial case information, not only to enhance the public reception work level and the case handling efficiency, but also to promote the normative legal documents made.Thirdly, by analyzing defects and existing problems of procuratorial case information disclosure system in Hangzhou, putting forward several corresponding suggestions to improve the system. |
