A Study On Street Party Building In The Coordinated Development Of Urban-rural Areas

Report to 18 th NCCPC proposed that: innovative grass-roots party building work, consolidate the party's ruling foundation, and comprehensively improve the scientific level of the Party's Construction, which gives clear the goal and requirements to Grass-root Party Organization Construction in the new situation. Strengthening, consolidating and innovating the work of Party building at the basic level has become the inevitable requirement and core content of the overall development of urban and rural areas. I deeply analyze and study the present situation of the construction of ZhengDian street of JiangXia in the development of urban and rural areas, which located in the suburbs of the capital city of central China. In the development mode and the development period, this area is in the party's construction to lead the urban and rural development to have the distinct typical representative. This article summarizes the institutional mechanisms, management measures and innovative characteristics of the analysis, and mining problems, the reasons for the analysis, and finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures.This article through the study puts forward the major problems existing in the party building in urban and rural development: firstly, emphasis on the party building work is not high. Secondly, old urban-rural dual system is relatively backward. Thirdly, it's lack of talent development. Fourthly, it's the allocation of resources uncoordinated. In view of the above questions, I try to put forward the following strategies: Firstly, build a new concept of work. Secondly, it's the construction of innovative positions. Thirdly, it enhances the quality of Party members and cadres. Fourthly, it promotes the process of urbanization. Fifthly, it's co-ordination of all types of resources. Sixthly, perfect the system of Party building. Seventhly, it's the establishment of security mechanisms.
