In recent years, the national party organizations of all levels in China are strengthening the selection of young cadres. A large number of outstanding young cadres, whose words and deeds represent the Party's image, come to the leadership position and become the backbone of young cadres, Qianjiang is the municipalities of Hubei province, which has 2004 square kilometers land area, 1.03 million population, 3 provincial-level economic development zone, 6 state-owned farms, 10 villages and towns, and 6 subdistrict offices. The young cadres who are under 40 account for 16.7% of in-service leaders at all levels.
