Research On The Realistic Predicament And Countermeasure Of Community Correction Work

Community correction is a kind of new socialization and humanity non-imprisonment penalty enforcement system.Most of the objects of community correction are criminals with less subjective viciousness and less social harm.They are placed in the community and supervised,educated,and adapted to society without divorcing from the family and society.For criminals,the comprehensive promotion of community correction,is conducive to them to reduce the rebellious in the open social environment,and correct the abuse behavior with the help of family,friendship to better integrate into society.For families,the comprehensively advance of community corrections way will alleviate the psychological and life stress caused by the imprisonment of criminals to family members,and enhance the initiative of family members to help criminals to repent and promote family harmony.For the society,promoting the community correction in an all-round way can help arouse the enthusiasm of social forces to participate in the community correction,and enhance the social responsibility and self-discipline of the members and promote social harmony and stability.All of these embodies the law of development of the penalty,which are lightening,humanity socialization.It's of great significance to implement the social community correction for social economic development and social stability.Improve social community correction and comprehensively propel community correction work is an important task put forward in the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Party Central Committee.In recent years,community correction work has made great progress,but the late start and the lack of necessary,scientific and detailed provisions of our community correction system large restricting the development of community correction work,affecting the effect of community correction.In China,the community correction work has been carried out for four years,but so far has not issued the Community Correction Law.The judiciary administrative organs only executed by a four-sector regulations,so that many practical problems can not be solved,and responsibility is greater than rights in the implementation of the community correction.There are many difficulties for the development of community correction work,and now community correction work has entered a bottleneck.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the predicament and countermeasure of social correcting work in our country at present.The purpose of this article is to explore and analyze the problems exposed in the practice of social correction and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.It might be helpful for the community correction work in the future.
