Research On Transaction Management Innovation Of Youth Federation Based On The Theory Of Self-organization

It is acknowledged universally that youth groups play an important role in social stability and development.It is pivotal for the balanced development of various social undertakings to organize the youth groups.In recent years,a wave of social organizations sweep over the world.Lots of official civil organizations and spontaneous non-governmental organizations have been established in every country.The governance of every authority would be of great help.Youth,as the most vital social groups,accounts for large part in various social organizations.In recent years,Youth organizations like Youth Federation have developed rapidly in China,therefore,the official community associations under government management begin to be aware of the unprecedented competition and gradually conduct the transition to market orientation in order to win the competition with non-governmental organizations.It has a great significance for the social development that youth organizations like Youth Federation in the “new normal” economy can play a role in governance,which the government would draw down.Base on the theory of self-organization,this paper would take Youth Federation Pinghe Branch in Tianjin as object of this empirical study to analyze the root causes of insufficient vigor and find the solutions fromperspective of the preconditions of forming a self-organization,its operation mechanism and power system settings.After careful analysis and comparison,this paper would put forward some feasible and reproducible transition program,explore the path of internal coordination,conflicts resolving and reasonable operation for Youth Federation,and discuss the transition of Youth Federation from a theoretical perspective.The paper is divided into six chapters: The first chapter would introduce the research background,significance,frameworks,route,structure;the second chapter would briefly review the domestic and international researches on social organizations,especially social youth organizations;the third chapter would analyze the current development,main issues,and transitional manner of Youth Federation all levels in China;the fourth chapter would discuss the feasibility to apply the theory of self-organization to the study of the transition of Youth Federation;The fifth chapter would design the innovative transaction management plan of Youth Federation Pinghe Branch in Tianjin base on the theory of self-organization;The sixth chapter would draw a conclusion on the development of official organizations like Youth Federation.
