Study On The Management Of Youth Self-organization Under The Perspective Of Social Management Innovation

As the big victory of The eighteenth National Congress of the CPC, the innovationof social management was raised again, the management of society’s organization alsogets the attention of people. Youth self-organizations developed very quickly in recentyears, and rapidly penetrated into all aspects of social management, and become a socialforce to be reckoned with. The domestic study of Youth self-organization becamepopular since2005, now the research is still on the rise, under the background ofGovernance Theory, the social organizations participate in social management isbecoming a common sense of the academic circles and the government.The grows both in number and scale of the Youth self-organization, on the one handshows its strong vitality, on the other hand it also gradually exposes many problems,and these problems can become big troubles both for Youth self-organization itself andsocial innovation management system if they are not properly solved. This studymastered the basic situation of the development of Youth self-organization in our countythrough the investigation in four cities in China, and hoped to find out the problems andsuggestions existing in management of Youth self-organization after carding andanalysis.Youth self-organization’s management innovation involves the two aspects, one isunder the background of the innovation of social management, the government shouldinnovate management means to manage Youth self-organization;The other is the Youthself-organization problems also exist in organization and management in thedevelopment of itself, needs to be addressed. As part of the national social science fundproject, this paper focuses on the problems of management innovation of Youthself-organization, the first chapter introduces background, significance andpredecessors’ studying results of this study, etc.; The second chapter focuses onintroduction of Youth self-organization of related research, including the concept ofYouth self-organization, type, characteristics, significance and function of theparticipation in social management innovation, and the present situation of the Youthself-organization survey; The third chapter introduces the dilemma faced by Youthself-organization management; The fourth chapter discusses the ways to promotehealthy and orderly development of the Youth self-organization; Thesis chapter vsystematically summarizes the full text and points out the article deficiency and for later study was discussed. After analyzing and researching of all the five chapters, the writerconcludes those paths through which under the circumstances of social managementinnovation, such a new social organization as Youth self-organization seizes theopportunity, improve itself and serve the society, and which contributes to providingmeasures for government management Youth self-organization, directing thedevelopment direction of the Youth self-organization, and ensuring that Youthself-organization can play their roles in the innovation of social management system.
