Research On The Countermeasures For The Construction Of The "hub-type" Social Organization Of The Communist Youth League

With the continuous development of the socialist market economy and the increasing diversification of social components,the living patterns and thought ideas of the social members of have gradually become individual with significant improvement of their self-consciousnesss and subjectivity,the influence of the Communist Youth League on the youth has been continuously weakened,the overall demands of the youth are becoming more and more unsatisfied,and their own dual attributes are not well reflected.At the same time,under the policies of the party and the government and the supporting support,social organizations are quietly,rapidly developing with increasingnumber and expandingscale.Among them,there are many popular youth-oriented social organizations which practice social commonweal responsibility,explore fashion lifestyle and promote excellent traditional culture.Due to the universal existence of entertainment interests as the fundamental focus,loose and independent organization,lack of resources,the expected innovative effect has not been achieved.After the 17th National Congress of the Communist Youth League,people have paid more attention the integration of the Communist Youth League and youth social organizations.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC also clearly points out that the focus of social governance should be shifted downward and the role of social organizations should be played.Contact,service and guidance have become the basic orientation of them.The pivotal social organizations have gradually become the central force of the modern social organization system,and the grass-roots pivotal social organization is the cornerstone of this central force,an important link in the ecological construction of social organizations,and the main channel for interaction between the grass-roots government and social organizations.It plays an more and more important role in the future development pattern of social organizations and the construction of modern social organization system.It is imperative to explore how to give full play to the advantages of the communist youth league and youth social organizations,play the role of 1 + 1>2,and build a pivotal social organization.Based on the practical work experience of the street youth league Committee and the innovation breakthrough with the microscopic research perspective and the integrated research conclusion,according to the research ideas of finding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems,adopting the methods of literature research and questionnaire survey,this paper has examined the current development situation of youth social organizations and pivotal social organizations through straightening out the practical problems faced by grassroots youth league work.It has been found that there are still problems such as lack of awareness of the pivotal nature of the youth league,single management system,less attraction,insufficient integration and upgrading ability.Through extensive reference to domestic and foreign development experience,based on problem diagnosis,the principle of cost saving and efficient utilization,the origin of development with the existing street party-mass service center,specific suggestions are put forward to build a more popular and more local pivotal social organization of the Communist Youth League through change of ideological guidance,innovation of organization construction,deepening of mechanism reform,upgrade of the external environment,and establishment of brand service,so as to expand the service platform for the common role of the Communist Youth League and youth social organizations and better provide services to residents in the district.
