Research On The Populace Mobilization In Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet Areas

The Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet area was the second largest national base during agrarian revolutionary war.Since its establishment,there were only two and half years before the withdrawn of Red Fourth Army,but its areas and the numbers of the Red Army increased a lot,and they also successfully repelled the warlord's attack.There were many reasons for its victory,but the most fundamental reason was that the CPC and provincial Party committees in Sichuan and Shannaxi provinces had always been in close contact with people,creating a civil-military relation like the relationship of fish and water.This paper analyzed the populace mobilization in Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet areas from the perspectives of theoretical basis,historical background,artistic approaches and its achievements.This paper is divided into introduction,main body(four chapters)and conclusion(three parts).During writing,the research ideas are as follows:The first chapter is introduction which plays as a role of literature review and analyzes the current situations at home and abroad and its development trend by putting up with study object and contents,as well as the significance of this study.In chapter 2,this paper illustrates the theoretical basis to mobilize people in Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet areas,that is,the basis theory of mass view of Marxism.Besides,this mass view makes a detailed illustration on the mass views of Marx,Engels,Lenin,Stalin and the early Chinese Communists.In chapter 3,this paper elaborates the background of populace mobilization in Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet areas,its achievements and the artistic approaches to mobilize people.In chapter 4,it analyzes the limitations of populace mobilization in Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet areas from three perspectives: the instability of class division,the blindness of the economic development and insufficient and excessive propaganda.The last chapter attaches great importance on discussing the lessons and enlightenment from populace mobilization in Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet areas.CPC's populace mobilization in Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet areas has achieved remarkable results in politics,economy and publicity.This move improved people's political and ideological consciousness,promoted the implementation of the policiesand supported the fight of Red Fourth Army.However,there were still some obvious mistakes that people should bear in mind.During the populace mobilization,there were "Left" opportunist mistakes resulted from its being divorced from reality so that they did not make accurate judgments on revolution.Meanwhile,failing to put economy into the first place led to the passive position in Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet areas.In summery,this article focuses on the subject of the populace mobilization in Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet areas,by consulting the relevant literature reference and point of view,does targeted research on a variety ways of the populace mobilization.To a certain extent,it enriches the revolutionary history of Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet areas and the history of the Party's mass line.
