| “Zhuang family” legal document nouns refer to the document noun cluster which contains the monosyllable of "Zhuang ",and is an important part in the ancient China document nouns.They first appeared in late Period.Without the features progress of history,the frequency is higher and higher,the range is broader and broader like normal doucument nouns,most of the “Zhuang family” legal document nouns have single connotation with high professional and are used in the field of judicial trials since they were created.“Zhuang family” legal document nouns has important academic significance not only in the research realms of ancient Chinese document words,history of ancient Chinese law and ancient Chinese archival history,it also in the realm of ancient Chinese philology.The paper briefly analyze its race of document nouns by statistical analysis,including “Su Zhuang ” “Gao Zhuang ”,“Jie Zhuang ”,“Yan Zhuang” and in totall 15 document words with the linguistic metrology statistical analysis method and literature analysis method.And according to the process of ancient judicial trial,“Zhuang family” legal document nouns are discussed with three categories :mutual control group,evidence group and the closure group.According to the analysis of time of occurrence,usage and the evolution of connotation,summarize the characteristics and evolution law of “Zhuang family” document noun in the whole ancient China,subsequently illustrate the important place it occupies in all the document noun race. |
