The Influence Of Wechat Public Opinion Field For Public Safety Events's Communication Process

With the continuous improvement of WeChat platform's technology, its function becomes more and more diversified, it transformed from the original social communication tools into the integration of social software applications which gather the function of social,media,entertainment,game,life,payment,and WeChat media properties are also increasingly prominent.This article will study of WeChat public opinion field in a particular case, through the analysis of the case,we'll try to find out how the WeChat public opinion field to impact on the communication process of public safety events,combining with the case to explain more in-depth and intuitively,and by this to construct public opinion field's ecological environment, grasp the formation and evolution mechanism of WeChat public opinion.This paper adopts case study method,and choose the Shandong vaccine case as an example to study systematically,using the big data which publish by some research platform such as Penguin Intelligence to combine with the actual case summarizes how the WeChat public opinion field to effect the event propagation process,and analyze WeChat public opinion transmission mechanism systematically and subjectively ,and finally come to the conclusion by this research.WeChat platform is a network,which is based on the close and distant relationship between the nodes to complete, it has obvious scale-free property.It cant discuss to judge the factors whether it can constitute the WeChat public opinion field or not on a macro level,it must to put it in the basic pattern of specific public opinion field determined by the specific network to consider that study it as a field in the compound environment concept which consists of behavior environment, psychological environment and social environment together. WeChat platform satisfies the user for the expression of true self,and both meet in the construction of virtual relationship,the public opinion field which consist by WeChat platform has obvious layers of segregation feature ,and this feature can elucidate through platform inside and outside . At the same time,centralization of the topic and closed social network behavior make WeChat public opinion field different from other network public opinion field, it owns exclusive opinion field attributes.By analyzing the Shandong vaccine case,this paper divides public. opinion propagation process of WeChat public opinion field into 4 stages ,like the incubation period, stage show, diffusion and fading period of public opinion, and analyzes characteristics at each stage,that it can make a conclusion that WeChat public opinion field has the following effects on the propagation process of security incidents:First,it changes the way users access to news because of its the news media properties; Second,through the transmission for information inside the platform, public opinion becomes gradually towards the view of stability from multiple opinions collision which travels through the four stages of development of public opinion; Third,Platform between the transmission of information makes the spreading range wider, and WeChat interact with weibo constantly that all play a supplementary role in view; Fourth, between layers of information dissemination has a feature of diminishing public opinion magnitude in the node spreading,and among them that central node has play a role on the information valve which makes the WeChat public opinion field too difficult to cause the short time, a large-scale outbreak of public opinion; Fifth, WeChat platform becomes a new channel to spread rumors ,especially the inflammatory information will achieve more attention ,and acquaintances social attributes improve the credibility of information which makes to breed rumors easily.Finally,this paper makes a conclusion to elaborate on that the WeChat public opinion field may exist the problems, such as group polarization, blindly follow suit,poduce the rumor.
