SWOT Analysis Of The Present Situation Of Nanchang Square Dance Volunteers

The rapid development of economy promotes the continuous progress of society.Under the impetus of the national fitness upsurge,people’s pursuit of health has been promoted.Square dance as the people’s health,promote the healthy choice,more and more popular.In recent years,with the rapid development of the cause of the square dance trend,become the general public leisure fitness "pet".Of course,this is closely related to square dance volunteers pay silently.In this paper,Nanchang square dance volunteers as the research object,the use of literature,questionnaire,interviews and mathematical statistics of Nanchang square dance volunteer status analysis.Find out the problems of the volunteers in the service,and put forward corresponding solutions to the problems,so as to provide reference for the square dance volunteer’s quality service.Through the Nanchang square dance volunteer’s personal information,the reason of participating in activities,the time of participating activities and the present situation of the square dance volunteers.The results showed that the square dance volunteers in Nanchang were mostly female,the age was generally large,mainly retired,low cultural level.Most square dance volunteers participate in activities because of physical exercise,shape,hobbies and selfless dedication.Weekly 5-to 7times the frequency of exercise has become a habit of most square dance volunteers,each exercise duration of the majority of 1-2 hours.Currently,Nanchang square dance volunteers in the introduction of talent,training,management and evaluation are some deficiencies.This paper analyzes the present situation of the square dance volunteers in Nanchang by SWOT analysis,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the square dance volunteers in Nanchang,and points out the opportunities and challenges in the development of the square dance volunteers.According to the Nanchang city square dance volunteer service in the development of the problem,put forward the following suggestions: 1)introduce young volunteers square dance and strengthen the training,improve the quality of volunteers;2)management strictly,formulate relevant rules and regulations;3)government departments should be given to the square dance volunteers more encouragement and support,promote the development of Nanchang city square dance volunteer career.
