Research On Legal Issues Of Financial Supervision Cooperation Of China-asean Free Trade Area

China-ASEAN Free Trade Area,which has provided a broad platform for the economic and financial development of the member countries in the region.With the continuous expansion of various countries in the field of financial cooperation and the deepening of cooperation,the whole region will show a thriving good development trend.However,Southeast Asian countries have not forgotten the economic crisis brought to the economic development of the hit,the members of the financial crisis in the lessons learned after the gradual understanding of the importance of regional financial regulatory cooperation,due to CAFTA set up soon,the economic development level of each member country is also very different,so the CAFTA has not yet formed a series of complete financial regulatory cooperation mechanism,in order to promote the healthy development of the free trade area,establish and improve the CAFTA of financial regulatory cooperation mechanism has a certain theoretical and practical significance.Not only help to ensure the stability and security of financial markets in the region,to avoid the outbreak of the crisis in Southeast Asia,but also for China's financial regulatory system construction and improvement has an important role in promoting.The text consists of four parts,the first part is the theoretical analysis of financial supervision and the necessity and feasibility of financial cooperation in CAFTA;the second part is to analyze the present CAFTA financial regulatory cooperation and pointed out the existing problems;the third part is to learn from the EU and the BCBS on cooperation in financial supervision experience;the fourth part proposes the countermeasure to the problems CAFTA cooperation in financial supervision and puts forward some improvement suggestions of financial supervision in China.
