The popularization of science and technology unceasing development makes more and more operators will focus on the development of the network market.Web advertising gradually become the most primary factor affecting consumers' choices of goods and sevices.However,some unscrupulous operators competing for favorable market advantage,crowd out on the same industry competitors,at the expense of the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and the industry's overall interests,consciously using the network technology to engage in false advertising and other ACTS of unfair competition.Compared to the traditional false propaganda behavior,network virtual property and openness is harmful to the stronger and more widely.For network is still at the initial stage of development in China,it has not yet formed a mature network legislation system and regulation mode,also not for the network false propaganda behavior directly regulating the legal basis,practice generally quoted in "anti-unfair competition law" defining the principle rules and referees,operability and applicability is poorer,together with the provisions of the legislative organs at all levels is lack of unity and coordination,lead to more confusion in understanding and using.As a result,this article embarks from the network false propaganda behavior development present situation of China as the breakthrough point,takes the network false propaganda behavior compared to the US and European countries against network legislation mode of unfaircompetition,analyzes the current legislation system and the lack of regulation means.so as to promote the prosperity of China's Internet,for our country regulation represented by the network false propaganda to contribute network ACTS of unfair competition.
