Comrade Xi Jinping as the core of the CPC central committee's commitment to the country with more than 7000 poor people and care is as follows:eliminating poverty and improving people's livelihood,the realization of a well-off society in an all-round way,and ensuring that no regions or peoples are falling behind.Since the reform and opening-up,ethnic minority areas in southern Xinjiang have achieved good results in poverty alleviation.However,development lag problems still remained.For example,poor ethnic minorities faced low production and difficult life and had distinct regional,ethnic religious and cultural properties.For national poverty problem,Marx put forward the theory "Resolutely curb nationalism,the separatist tendencies to help the junior national stride over the capitalist class into the socialist society",which was also inherited and developed by the leaders of our country and guided poverty alleviation work in the minority regions.Under the background of the theory,this paper analyzes and make researches on various periods of poverty alleviation work situation in minority nationality areas in southern Xinjiang since the reform and opening up and summed up "self-reliance,collaboration between east and west,science and education" crucial experience for poverty alleviation.At the same time,the author goes down to the features of basic rural areas:special regional situation,high poverty-level,weak self-development ability,big challenges in the battle against poverty.To solve this problem,we must focus on targeted poverty relief,give full play to organizations in basic areas,motivate poor groups and mobilize all social classes.
