A Study On The Dissemination Of Social Policies In Poverty Alleviation In Ethnic Minority Areas Under The New Media Environment

The study on the dissemination of social policies in overcoming poverty in ethnic areas under the new media environment plays an extremely important role in the industrial development,cultural construction,social constructiont,improvement of villagers’ life in contemporary villages.In the crucial year of building a well-off society in an all-round way,the development of ethnic areas is the focus of national attention,and the development of ethnic areas can not be separated from a series of relevant policies implemented by the state to ethnic areas,but the impact of the policies is not the policy itself,and the national policies serve social development,social progress and human well-being.Zhengan County,as an old revolutionary area one year ahead of poverty relief,has great historical and practical significance,Zhengan County poverty relief work as a "provincial model ",for the country’s deep poverty counties poverty relief has reference significance.Through in-depth understanding of a series of social policies implemented by the state in ethnic areas,this paper deeply explores the current situation of the dissemination of social policies in ethnic areas.Zhengan County,as a "provincial model" in ethnic areas,has achieved better results in the dissemination of social policies,and has achieved great results in education,housing,employment,medical and health care and social security.Based on the theory of social identity and the theory of agenda setting,this paper uses the research method of combining quantitative and qualitative,and makes a deep study on the dissemination of socialpolicy in overcoming poverty in ethnic areas under the new media environment,which is conducive to promoting social construction and development in ethnic areas.The research shows that the main communication paths of rural social policy in Zhengan County are WeChat communication,government micro-blog communication and self-media communication.Rural social policy has achieved great communication effect in rural communication.It is found that its main communication effect is manifested in the following aspects: first,the enthusiasm of public participation in social policy is relatively high,which promotes the rapid development of rural economy;Secondly,to provide public discourse space for the public,the public can communicate and dialogue directly with the relevant departments through the new media platform,and actively participate in the construction and implementation of social policies,and the public awareness has been changed accordingly.However,there are some problems,which are mainly reflected in: the interaction in the communication of social policy is not strong;the system of external communication is not perfect;and the strength of public welfare organizations is not fully brought into play.To this end,this paper puts forward the following optimization path: to enhance the enthusiasm of the public to participate in the social policy of ethnic areas;to improve the external communication system;to give full play to the strength of public welfare organizations;to expand the dissemination content of social policies in overcoming poverty.In a word,the development and construction of ethnic areas have great practical significance for building a well-off society in an all-round way,at the same time,the role of rural revitalization strategy in the development of the country is playing an important role more and more.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the dissemination of social policies in ethnic areas under the new media environment,to do a good job in the dissemination of social policies in ethnic areas under the new media environment,to better implement the implementation,application and innovation of relevant national social policies in ethnic areas,to andto give full play to the subjective role of ethnic areas in building a well-off society in an all-round way.
