Research On Emergency Management About City Village Of Nanning

The object of this paper is the research on emergency management about city village of Nanning.Selecting the reason of the object,one is the emergency in the city village occurs frequently,and grim situation.New-type urbanization,rapid economic development and social transformation intensified the contradictions among the people.Imperfect city village infrastructure,staff mixed and lax security,makes the mass emergencies happen very often.In a word,city village is in "risk",the village order is not stable,have a certain impact on people's lives and society.Another reason is our scholars' study only focus on government crisis management ability,crisis management system,urban crisis management and learning from the successful experience of foreign countries and so on.But they pay less attention to the emergency management of the city village,especially in the ethnic areas.Therefore,this is why I lock it in Nanning City.This paper takes Jiangnan Distric of Nanning as a research case,analyzes the problems existing in the process of emergency management in the city village by a specific case research,and combined with the information collected by investigation,summed up the problems in the following:weak crisis awareness,weak crisis preparation,lack of professionals,lack of the perfect legal system about urban village crisis management,and lack of adequate crisis special funds.And analyze these problems from the characteristics of emergencies,the current operating system of China,the level of economic development and other aspects.In order to better enhance the emergency management capacity of Nanning city village,reduce the losses caused by the crisis,based on the reality of Nanning city Village,suggest that we can improve the level of emergency management of the city village from these two aspects:strengthening crisis awareness and making the emergency management system perfect.
