A Study On The Path Of Strengthening The Authority Of Grassroots Governments

Grassroots government is an important part of the national governance system,which is in the state power of the "cornerstone" position.Grassroots rule of law basically completed,is the realistic need to comprehensively promote the rule of law and deepen the reform,and also the key to the construction of the rule of law in China.Under the background of ruling the country according to law,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the authority of the government at the grassroots level.Based on the theory of socialist rule of law,and drawing on the relevant theories of political governance and political legitimacy in the West,the author also analyzes the path of strengthening the authority of the grassroots government by using the essence of the government as the essence of the government.This paper analyzes the theoretical basis and the source of the thought of the government legal authority from the theoretical level,and analyzes the historical evolution of the Chinese government authority from the historical dimension,and puts forward the research and analysis framework of the legal authority.Government legal authority provides a theoretical basis.On the basis of the empirical analysis of the status quo of the legal authority of the S town government in Zhuhai,this paper analyzes the main factors restricting the growth of the legal authority of the grassroots government from the aspects of social structure,culture,grassroots administrative system and mechanism,the rule of law environment and administrative way.Using the theoretical analysis and social reality,from the concept of innovation and governance,standardize the authority and improve the mechanism and optimize the social environment and so on,put forward to strengthen the grassroots government legal authority of the path construction.
