A Study On The Transition Of Authority In The Revise Of New Authoritarianism

In the late 1980 s,the new authoritarianism attracted many scholars' discussion and attention because of its unique vision of political and social development,and in Chinese academic circles and political circles.The new authoritarians argued that under the historical conditions and realistic circumstances,the political authority with modern thinking would lead China's reform and development path.However,this theory also affects the political practice in China,which has exerted a far-reaching influence on the development of China since the 1980 s and has important theoretical and practical value.New authoritarianism theory in our country has experienced the development of theory of rise and the formation,development,silence and reflux and so on four big stage.2012 years later,according to the political reality of the development,its representative Xiao Gongqin,from Deng Xiaoping open reform,to comrade xi reform period,then starting of China's reform,is the new authoritarianism of 2.0 times.The new authoritarianism theory is brought into our research field again.The return of new authoritarianism has two important bases.On the one hand,the new authoritarianism had a complete and independent view in the late 1980 s.The new authoritarianism,on the other hand,stresses the practical interpretation of the theory.The reason for the return of new authoritarianism is closely related to the crisis exposed by the western capitalist development path,and the second is the coming of the new era of reform and opening up.The current flow of new authority to someextent,shall be referred to as "the new authoritarianism",it is relatively stable in the first stage of development,after the new authoritarianism is it still belongs to an emphasis on the nature of authority,have modern orientation of a political ideological trend of transitional value,still have a lot of traditional features of the authoritarianism in an imbalance between traditional and modern state.Therefore,the author thinks that this kind of authority should be changed from personal authority to legal authority.The theory must be closely adhered to the latest development of The Times,so as to realize the continuance of life.Adversity leads to prosperity.Therefore,in the end,this paper tries to make some attempts through the transformation of new authoritarianism.From the transformation of value,the guiding ideology,theoretical basis,the source of power,and so on multiple dimensions to explore from the charismatic authority to the rule of law authority viable path,trying to make the theory of new authoritarianism again.Specifically,it is clear to explore the "authoritative" transformation value of new authoritarianism;Second,the transformation of new authoritarianism,the need to implement the guiding ideology from "charismatic authority" to "legal authority" transformation,building beyond the state and society to construct the theoretical basis of judicial power,moreover,attempts to reform the top-down power to promote as the source of power,at the same time,the strategy choice dimension in the demonstration effect,and finally the practice home fell in the identification and implementation of legal authority.New authoritarianism has the profound influence on China's development at the end of the 20 th century,both because of its for the history,national conditions and social reality has a lot of precious and deep understanding,completed the mission of the era have entrusted to the theoretical study.Today,the modernization transformation of the theory will have more profound meaning in the present day when we strive to realize the modernization of national governance and realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
