Research On Distribution Ideoiogy In Critique Of The Gotha Programme

Critique of the Gotha Programme is written by Marx for criticizing Lassalle opportunism ideology,it is not only a programmatic document of scientific socialism,but also a symbol of systematization and mature of Marx distribution theory.In its process of development,the distribution gap problem among income became worse in our country,and followed the intention to give up distribution with the principle that to each according to his work as the main one,but turn to multiple distribution and followed the Western European countries to establish social welfare and other opportunism distribution thoughts.Facing the problems and challenges in distribution field,we must return to the text and understand the essence of Marx distribution theory correctly so as to cope with the current troubles.Therefore,based on the text research as the main method,this paper has discussed Critique of the Gotha Programme distribution ideology from three aspects: formation logic,main contents and China's practice and enlightenment.First,in Critique of the Gotha Programme,Marx takes three sentences as principles,they are productivity is the fundamental basis for the allocation,dialectical relationship of production and distribution is the key in distribution,the all round development of people is the value goal of distribution,following the logic thinking of based on the criticism on the idea of Lassalle opportunism distribution ideology and illustrating a series of distributing problems,so as to establish a scientific distribution theory.Secondly,from the main contents,Critique of the Gotha Programmethrough criticizing Lassalle opportunism distribution ideology systematically,such as abandoning ownership but talking about laboring to create wealth in an empty way,talking about fair distribution without considering production and iron law of wages,etc,it illustrates the principle of production decides allocation,at the same time,the paper conceives the principle of distribution in the Communist society,including the distribution of aggregate social product,distribution according to work and distribution according to need.Finally,from the practical situation in our country,at the beginning,the distribution system is single distribution according to work and then it gradually develops into systems of distribution in work and multiple distribution methods after the reform and opening up,adding the structural reform of supply-side at the present period,all of them are obey the principle of distribution is determined by production.The practice of distribution according to work is different under the conditions of socialist planning and market socialism.The practice of the theory of distributive justice has experienced the process of misunderstanding the fair allocation to equal distortion and then to the process of re-understanding the relationship between efficiency and fairness,while the concept of shared development is put forward to promote the fair distribution of our country at the present stage.We should use the basic principle of Critique of the Gotha Programme distribution ideology to identify and criticize various opportunism distribution ideology,grasping the dialectical relationship between production and distribution.At the same time,we must improve the quality of economic development,promoting fair distribution,so as to lay a foundation for achieving a more desirable allocation for human beings and promoting the development of allround people.
